So peak season is over, kids safely back in School and time to draw a breath and reflect on how it all went.  Hopefully you had a successful summer with your holiday rental business, but would you have liked to have seen a few more bookings, or a slightly longer season?     I agree with you about the ‘unique selling point’. Sometimes, though, I don’t think the owner is the best person to identify it – a case of ‘can’t see the wood for the trees’. Perhaaps the use of a critical (but kindly) friend and/or someone local to the area might be better suited to seeing opportunities. I think you’re making an important point about doing something fresh each season. Thanks!
